Forgotten Password / Login

Go to the homepage and click on "Forgot Login" on the left side of the page, above the complimentary issue of the PENNANT. You will be taken to a form where you can use your e-mail address to have a new password sent to you.

After your receive your new password, you can change it in your profile to something that is more to your liking or you can keep what you have been sent and use that.

System Will Not Accept My Password

First, make sure your CAPS LOCK key is off because passwords are case sensitive. Try it again, and if it still doesn't work, follow these instructions, which are the same as those for a forgotten password:

Edit My Password or Profile Information

Log into your account using the forms at the top of the site or the left side of the home page. Once logged in, click the Manage Profile link on the home page.

You will be redirected to a page where you can update your profile information and password.

 

Library Questions

Who’s responsible for the on-line library?

I have a better quality document than is in the library. Is the PCA interested?

I have a new document to add to the library. How do I do it?

You can scan the document yourself or send it to the on-line librarian who will scan & return it to you. In either case, contact John at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. before you scan to get our preferred parameters.

 

I know someone who has documents that need to be in the library.

A document is mislabeled or the description is wrong.

Membership Questions

Joining the PCA — Paying with PayPal

Click on Join button found in the site navigation which will take you to a list of available plans, Offline and PayPal buttons.

1. Select your plan and click on the corresponding PayPal button. You will go to a registration page.

2. Fill out and submit the registration page which includes your name, password, address, etc.

3. Click continue to go to PayPal and submit your payment.

4. Once payment has been made, you will receive an e-mail containing your login information and a receipt.

5. You can now enter the site using the email and password you specified when you joined.

 

Joining the PCA — Sending an Offline Payment

Click on Join button found in the site navigation which will take you to a list of available plans, Offline and PayPal buttons.

1. Select your plan and click on the corresponding Offline payment button. You will go to a registration page.

2. Fill out and submit the registration page which includes your name, password, address, etc.

3. Continue the registration process and you will come to a page to mail your payment.

4. Send your payment by check, etc. to:

5. You will receive an e-mail verifying payment has cleared and providing access to the site.

6. You can now enter the site using the email and password you specified when you joined.

 

Joining the PCA Without an E-mail Address

If you are a member, we will provide you with a fictitious email and password. This will give you access to the site, but you will not receive any of the site's communications, such as reminders for renewal, notices of new materials, etc.

 

View Subscription Details and Renewing

You can view your subscription details by logging into your account and selecting the Manage Subscription link from the home page. If you have an active membership, the expiration date will be shown. You will also have an option to extend your membership.

If your membership has expired, you will be asked to renew your subscription. Payments can be made using PayPal or you can mail a check to:

Renewal e-mail notices are sent one month before your membership is due to expire. Please login to your account first then renew your membership.
